TT-RYZ-II self-propelled convex road marking machine finishes the vibrating work through the micro-computor system, sense system, air compressor, driving system, etc with one machine in one time. The regular trapezeoid convex markings shape, convex height and convex space can meet diifferent needs, and fully conform to the international vibrating and reflective standards, and with stronger deformation, abrasion and shock resistance .etc.
1.Engine: Japanese Robin 6.0HP or Honda 5.5HP four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine with hand starter or electric starter(Option for electrical starting petrol or diesel engine or electrical starting petrol or diesel engine or the liquefied gas engine).
2.Driving system: The original imported variable speed transmission system has automatical brake device flexible operated in forward, back off or stop(HTS).
3.Driving speed: Foward 0-4km/h, back off 0-3.2km/h.
4.Max climbing capability: 15°.
5.Electronic controller: Set various standard spaces, and realize PLC micro-electronic intelligent control. Freely adjust the length and space according to the needs of customer individual , and according to the needs of customer, freely adjust the convex quantity and height, The normal convex height: 3-7mm. RYZ-I adopts knob cordroller, RYZ-II adopts digital controller.
6.Paint tank: The tank made of stainless steel or cold rolling oxidation resistant steel equips with erect type hand (or pneumatic) stirring device. Cubage: 65 litre (about 120kg).The heating temperature can be freely controlled (0-300°)according to the different kinds of paint chosen by user.
7.Glass beads bin : Pin with window can check the quantity of glass micro-beads timely. Cubage: 15kg.
8.Glass beads dispenser: The automatical definite quantity dispenser synchronous with the paint screeding system, ensures the dispenser evener and more economical.
9.Chassis: The firm welding frame, whose surface has been chrome-plated or high temperature treatment equip with high speed type imported bearing to ensure the whole machine more lightsome and convenient.
10.Marking bucket: The structure plate is made of imported special steel with fire resistance(2000°C), oxidation resistance and deformation resistance, which has better stability after being punched. The plinth is made of special alloy steel and applies the pneumatic screeding structure.The floor knife adopts imported hard tungsten knife-head. The nice manufacture techniques of bucket ensure better sensibility, abrasion resistance and firmness, and the convex shape more regular, the edge of bottom line more straight, the head more perfect. The standard configuration of bucket is 150mm.
11.Back stern wheel guide arm: Lock the directing device which can ensure the road-marking machine freely operated in straight or twist.
12.Marking width: Change different specifications of bucket(100,150,200,300mm) according to the needs of the project
13.Marking thickness: The thickness of bottom line (1.5-2.5mm )and the convex height (3-7mm)can be freely adjusted through adjusting the control device of the floor knife and the convex height.
14. Marking Machine's Lighting and alarming function: The prepared warning which can be freely adjust the flicker frequency and two night lights make the marking improve the safety of marking work. It solves the material discharge control difficulty and the illuminating difficulty when construction in night. Greatly improves the marking speed.
15. Marking Machine's Standing trail chasis: It is Equiped with standing trail chasis, which ensures the high efficiency of constructing and high quality of the marking line.
